Description

A charismatic actor with hidden depths × A star devoted solely to his craft

Li Qianxing is a legend in the entertainment industry.

Debuting as a child star, he’s been acting for twenty years, winning countless awards. His name is synonymous with “Best Actor.”

Equally famous as his acting skills is his aloofness. For years, he’s only focused on filming, avoiding variety shows and public appearances.

There’s also a legend circulating within the industry.

Anyone who’s played a romantic role opposite Li Qianxing, regardless of gender, inevitably falls for him, only to end up heartbroken and rejected.

Jiang Lin, a rising star and recent Best Actor winner, is set to co-star with Li Qianxing in a gay-themed film.

His agent, worriedly flipping through the risqué script, warns, “Ancestor1exasperated way to refer to someone who is being particularly difficult or willful. , don’t fall for Li Qianxing!”

Jiang Lin scoffs, “You should worry about him falling for me.”

The two actors meet for the first time.

Li Qianxing: “I have just one principle—no romantic relationships on set.”

Jiang Lin smiles, “What a coincidence, me too.”

On set, sparks fly, leaving the crew blushing and flustered.

Jiang Lin eyes the marks on Li Qianxing’s waist. “Teacher2“老师” (lǎoshī), which directly translates to “teacher,” is also a respectful way to address professionals in various fields, including actors. It connotes respect for their mastery and expertise in their craft, acknowledging them as learned individuals and educators in the arts. Li’s dedication to his art is admirable.”

Li Qianxing glances at the cut on Jiang’s lip, replying politely, “Teacher Jiang’s sacrifice is considerable as well.”

On the final day of shooting.

Jiang Lin blocks Li Qianxing’s path, holding a large bouquet of roses.

“Teacher Li, do you think we can start a relationship now?”

Later, Li Qianxing and Jiang Lin acted together again.

One night, Jiang Lin knocks on Li Qianxing’s door.

Li Qianxing: “I told you, no dating on set.”

Jiang Lin pushes his way in. “We’re not. We’re just running lines.”

Li Qianxing looked at the person who was holding him against the wall and said, “This isn’t in the script.”

Jiang Lin gently rubbed his waist and said in a low voice, “Let’s explore our characters, add some depth…”

As their new film hits theaters, a video leaks online—is it acting or real?

The clip shows two ambiguous characters from the film engaged in a tense conversation and passionate kiss in a cluttered setting.

Fans flood the official account, begging3血书 (xuè shū) – letter written in one’s own blood, expressing determination, hatred, last wishes etc for the scene to be cut.

The screenwriter is shocked: This wasn’t in the script. Now I just want to hand the pen to these two and let them add more scenes!

Not long after, Jiang Lin went online and posted on Weibo:

You can’t imagine the joy of dating a Best Actor4影帝 (yǐng dì) – (male) superstar of the silver screen; best actor award winner.

Reading guide:

① Jiang Lin (gong) x Li Qianxing (shou), younger gong pursues older shou, dual POV, no role reversal, exclusive relationship.

② No real-life basis! Fictional characters are the best! Same-sex marriage is legal in this universe. A sweet, indulgent story in my version of the entertainment world. If you don’t like it, don’t read it.
