“But Gu Yunjue still wants me to make dinner for him,” Shen Qingyan said softly. “But I don’t know how.”
Mu Weiyun stayed silent for a moment before saying earnestly, “True. If Mr. Perfect Gu eats your cooking, he might break up with you on the spot. After all, your noodles always end up either clumped together or undercooked.”
Shen Qingyan fell silent. He couldn’t argue because his cooking skills really were that bad.
“Wait, didn’t he give you a lot of money?” Mu Weiyun slapped his thigh, causing his face mask to fall off, but he didn’t care. “You can hire a cleaning service! They can get everything done in two or three hours.”
Shen Qingyan was tempted but still hesitated. “Is that okay?”
“What’s wrong with that?” Mu Weiyun said dismissively. “I checked his schedule earlier. Don’t worry, they have afternoon classes this semester. You can just hire someone in the afternoon, right?”

That evening, Gu Yunjue was surprised to see five dishes and a soup on the table.
He’d expected Shen Qingyan to make at most three dishes and a soup.
“You… must be tired?” Gu Yunjue’s eyes darkened slightly. “Sit down and eat.”
Shen Qingyan obediently answered “Oh” and carefully asked when Gu Yunjue took his first bite, “Does it taste good? I wasn’t sure what you liked.”
If it wasn’t good, he’d have to switch cleaning services.
“It’s delicious,” Gu Yunjue nodded, his expression turning gentle. “Senior, I’ll try to come back every evening from now on.”
That meant hiring cleaning services every day. Tch, wonder when Gu Yunjue would stay overnight.

Shen Qingyan swallowed hard and quickly sent a voice message to Mu Weiyun while Gu Yunjue was in the bathroom.

Mu Weiyun stayed silent for a while before replying with just a “6”.
After the excitement died down, Shen Qingyan felt it wasn’t appropriate and quickly finished cleaning the dishes.
After he stuffed all the dishes into the dishwasher, the bathroom door opened.
Shen Qingyan patted his cheeks. “You need to stay composed, stay composed!”
However, when he saw Gu Yunjue, Shen Qingyan stared at him, unable to maintain any composure.
Good heavens, Gu Yunjue came out shirtless!

A week later, Shen Qingyan had adapted to this lifestyle. The cleaning service not only prepared dinner but lunch as well.

Seeing Mu Weiyun’s fake surprised expression, Shen Qingyan panicked. “Stop! Don’t talk nonsense!”
But Shen Qingyan took the words to heart.
Maybe Gu Yunjue was waiting for him to get used to things?
Two weeks later, Shen Qingyan received a package.
Inside was a piece of sheer clothing, and some strange-looking eye masks and mouth covers.
They looked normal at first glance, but upon closer inspection…
Shen Qingyan put away these things with a red face. How… how did he actually buy them!
But since he bought them, might as well… try them?
After all, Gu Yunjue said he wasn’t coming tonight.
However, Gu Yunjue did come, skipping his evening public class since it was Friday.
The house was quiet, with light only coming from the bedroom. Did Shen Qingyan go to bed so early?
Gu Yunjue slowed his steps and silently pushed open the bedroom door.
