Hu Hu’s entire body turned red after going to the training ground for military training. Two days later, the clinic issued him a note, and he no longer had to participate.

The one who breathed the biggest sigh of relief when Hu Hu didn’t have to attend the training was Ying Huaiting. Hu Hu, on the other hand, was a little disappointed. He had missed the chance to absorb some yang essence. Although the yang essence from the neck was far less concentrated than the energy from down there, even a tiny bit was better than nothing.

After asking the senior student who first showed him to his dorm room for the forum link, Hu Hu registered, logged in, and spent the whole day browsing. When Ying Huaiting returned from military training that evening, Hu Hu couldn’t wait to share with him.

“The school forum is spreading rumors that we’re a couple!”

Ying Huaiting wasn’t surprised at all. He cast a casual glance at Hu Hu lying on the bed and asked, “Whose fault is that?”

Hu Hu sat up from his bed, “It’s my fault. I want to make it up to you. Are you going to shower? Let me scrub your back!”

While changing his shoes, Ying Huaiting mercilessly exposed him, “Are you making it up to me or rewarding yourself?”

Hu Hu crossed his arms and sighed, “Humans really are clever.”

Ying Huaiting raised an eyebrow, “So you’re not human?”

Hu Hu’s eyes darted around nervously as he nodded, “I am!”

After changing his shoes, Ying Huaiting suddenly declared with certainty, “You definitely aren’t.”

Hu Hu didn’t dare meet Ying Huaiting’s eyes, feeling extremely nervous. Apart from that night when he crawled into Ying Huaiting’s bed, he’d been careful not to reveal his fox ears and tail! It was impossible for Ying Huaiting to know he was a fox spirit! Could Ying Huaiting have noticed his ears that night despite how dark it was?

Soon after, Hu Hu heard Ying Huaiting say, “You’re a pervert, and perverts aren’t qualified to be human.”

For once, Hu Hu was speechless, but his anxious heart finally settled down. He defended himself, “I’m not a pervert, I just think you smell good. That’s a fact, you really do smell good.”

Ying Huaiting stood up and said darkly, “A scheming pervert, at that.”

Hu Hu pouted and lay flat on his bed, “Say whatever you want. If calling me a pervert would make you let me smell you, I don’t mind admitting to it. But you won’t let me anyway. Ying Huaiting, you smell the best down there.”

Ying Huaiting took a deep breath before asking coldly, “How many people have you said that to?”

Hu Hu answered honestly, “I don’t know how other people smell down there, so I’ve only said it to you.”

Ying Huaiting’s voice grew distant, “I don’t want to hear your vulgar voice tonight.”

Hu Hu sighed deeply. To think that he, a proud fox spirit, was being pushed around by a mere human!

Since he no longer had to attend military training, Hu Hu hadn’t absorbed any yang essence for several weeks. Every time he tried to get close to Ying Huaiting, he was pushed away!

Hu Hu had considered finding other sources of yang essence, but besides Ying Huaiting, no one else could satisfy both conditions of smelling good and being handsome!

On the last evening of military training, Hu Hu sat on his bed wracking his brains. When Ying Huaiting came out after his shower, Hu Hu stared at his lower body, only to be pushed down onto the bed by Ying Huaiting who had walked over. “I told you to pursue me normally. Can’t you understand human speech?” His tone was rather impatient.

Well, he was a fox, of course, he couldn’t understand human speech!

Hu Hu switched to staring at the ceiling instead. He really wanted to feed on that super delicious yang essence! Especially from down there, where the scent was hundreds of times better than the neck!

He couldn’t take it anymore!

Tomorrow, he must feed at least once! If Ying Huaiting refused, then as a powerful fox spirit, he’d have to be forceful just this once!
