Chapter 10: You’ve Proposed Marriage, Shouldn’t We Do Something? (M)

Song Yan brought Bai Yucheng to the store at 6 p.m., right when it was bustling with customers. People streamed in and out of the shop, which had recently introduced crystal and garnet earrings at affordable prices in various styles.

“Thanks to your suggestion, this place is now very popular, and we’re even drawing customers from other stores,” Song Yan said, holding Bai Yucheng’s hand as he handed him a hand-drawn map. “This is quite popular too.”

“I didn’t do anything special. You should thank the young lady who drew the map,” Bai Yucheng smiled. “What about the mineral exhibition?”

“Let’s grab a bite first. There’s a Sichuan fish restaurant upstairs.”

Bai Yucheng nodded, “Alright, let’s go.”

After dinner, Song Yan took him to the mineral exhibition. It wasn’t particularly large, as Song Yan had funded it himself, but it had been delayed due to incomplete mineral collections.

Now it seemed the delay was intentional, just for Bai Yucheng.

As they entered the exhibition hall, they were greeted by a simulated mineral cave. Deeper inside, various minerals were embedded in the decorative walls. Of course, they weren’t real minerals, but they looked incredibly realistic.

Past the entrance was a display of various gemstones, crystals, garnets, and jade in their raw forms. It was clear that considerable thought had gone into the design. Bai Yucheng, curious about the embedded pieces in the walls, reached out to gently touch them.

Song Yan watched him quietly from the side.

His fingers were pale and slender, perfect for crafting jewelry, with just the right amount of definition at the joints. Recalling their intimate moments, Song Yan could almost feel the coolness of those fingers, though he didn’t know why they were always a bit cold. Yet, they felt so comfortable. During climax, the joints would turn slightly pink, and their temperature would rise a bit.

He was so adorable.

“It’s made of glass,” Bai Yucheng smiled at him. “The reflection of the glass combined with the lighting makes it look very real.”

“Mm-hmm.”

Song Yan was distracted, his attention completely focused on Bai Yucheng’s face, hands, and body, reminiscing about their intimate moments.

“What’s wrong? Is there something on my face?” Bai Yucheng asked, puzzled.

He caressed Bai Yucheng’s face and neck, gazing into those unguarded eyes. “Nothing. I just… want to have sex with you.”

“You! Mind where we are,” Bai Yucheng blushed, pushing away Song Yan’s hand. “You pervert!”

“How am I? I haven’t touched you for two months, and now you’re pregnant,” Song Yan pouted. He looked at Bai Yucheng, “I’m just saying.”

“Stop it. Let’s go home.”

In truth, Bai Yucheng wasn’t entirely opposed to the idea. Now that they were about to marry, it would naturally happen. But this man was so tiresome! Talking about such things in public.

“Wait, it’s about to start,” Song Yan held Bai Yucheng back. “Let’s sit over there for a moment.”

“What’s happening?”

“You’ll see in a minute.”

Song Yan cheerfully led him to a seat in the exhibition hall, interlocking their fingers. Bai Yucheng’s face was slightly flushed; he clearly hadn’t recovered from their earlier conversation.

Soon, the sound of rain in a cavern filled the exhibition hall, accompanied by chirping birds growing nearer, even the sound of wings flapping and raindrops shaking off feathers. A holographic display gradually illuminated, showcasing the formation process of various minerals.

This was a process Bai Yucheng like very much. How some gemstones formed under the intense heat of volcanic eruptions, evolving into raw stones, waiting to be mined, then slowly crafted into dazzling ornaments.

As the presentation neared its end, Song Yan softly asked, “Do you like it?”

Bai Yucheng gazed at Song Yan, mesmerized. “I do.”

Song Yan pulled out an exquisite box from his bag and handed it to him. “Open it.”

Puzzled but intrigued, Bai Yucheng accepted the box. Inside were two watches, their faces inlaid with opal to mark the hours – one with black opal, the other with white.

“What’s this?”

“The hands are tipped with diamonds, specially cut by a master craftsman. They’re quite thin to allow movement.”

“…” Bai Yucheng was stunned. “But… how…”

“It was the designer’s concept. He said thin diamond slices attached to the hands would look better, though it was quite challenging to create such delicate work.” Song Yan produced another small box, opening it to reveal a ring. “I specifically chose the same diamond source stone. Since it was small, we made the most of it.”

“It’s too precious…”

“Nothing is too precious for you. Whether it’s the craftsmanship or these minerals.” Song Yan took Bai Yucheng’s hand, kneeling before him. “Yucheng, will you marry me?”

Bai Yucheng felt dizzy with emotion. The atmosphere, the gifts, and Song Yan… looking at him so lovingly.

He reflected on how attentive Song Yan had been lately, both at work and in their personal lives. Though Bai Yucheng was supposed to be the assistant, their roles often seemed reversed.

Song Yan pointed out areas for improvement at work, helped him break inefficient habits, and in their personal life, he seemed to draw Bai Yucheng out of his protective shell.

Initially, Bai Yucheng was completely disappointed with those around him, choosing to remain aloof from everyone and everything, avoiding deep connections.

But Song Yan actively reached out to him.

He never gave up on him.

“…Yes, okay,” Bai Yucheng nodded, extending his hand.

Song Yan gently slipped the ring onto his finger, whispering, “Thank you, Yucheng.”

Back home, they found themselves entangled, their passionate kisses electrifying the air around them.

“Mmm…ah…mm…” Enticing moans escaped Bai Yucheng’s throat as he surrendered himself to Song Yan. His arms encircled Song Yan’s neck, fingers running through his hair.

Song Yan was intoxicated, craving more of Bai Yucheng’s essence. His hands roamed over Bai Yucheng’s soft body, reveling in his rising temperature.

Bai Yucheng naturally arched his back, his movements inviting Song Yan’s touch.

“Mm…” Song Yan tried to maintain his composure, but catching Bai Yucheng’s sweet scent, he couldn’t help releasing his own pheromones, pressuring Bai Yucheng to fully submit.

“Song Yan…mm…mm…” Bai Yucheng, overwhelmed by Song Yan’s teasing, began to plead softly.

Carrying him to the bed, Song Yan let Bai Yucheng lie comfortably as he continued his ministrations.

With clothes discarded, Song Yan kissed Bai Yucheng’s body, attentive and gentle.

This tenderness, even more than before, made Bai Yucheng blush. His body was completely exposed to Song Yan, who took a nipple into his mouth, savoring it. His hands kneaded Bai Yucheng’s soft, supple buttocks, occasionally exploring the entrance hidden there.

Bai Yucheng caressed Song Yan’s hair and neck, which was slightly damp with sweat.

His actions further excited Song Yan, who redoubled his efforts, positioning himself between Bai Yucheng’s legs.

“Yucheng, you’re already so wet,” Song Yan murmured, his fingers pressing against the moistened entrance.

Bai Yucheng trembled lightly. Though embarrassed, he closed his eyes and nodded slightly, then lifted one leg to wrap around Song Yan’s waist.

Accepting this silent invitation, Song Yan raised Bai Yucheng’s other leg, whispering, “We can’t be too wild tonight.”

With that, he deliberately pressed his hardness against the entrance.
